Pseudomonas CFC Supplement (1 vial per 2ltr) (UN1759) pk 10

A selective culture media supplement for the isolation of Pseudomonas spp. CFC Supplement is intended for use in culture media for the microbial analysis of food, animal feed, water and environmental samples and is for use with NCM0083.

Preparation

1. Using aseptic technique, remove the rubber bung and avoid subsequent contamination.
2. Reconstitute the contents of the vial using the appropriate volume of sterile 50% ethanol as indicated in the table below.
3. Replace the rubber stopper and gently shake the contents or invert the contents to dissolve.
4. Add the vial contents to the cooled medium as per the label directions.
