Pseudomonas CFC Supplement (1 vial per 28ltr) pk 10

Pseudomonas CFC supplement is recommended for the selective isolation of Pseudomonas spp.

Preparation

1. Using aseptic technique, remove the rubber bung and avoid subsequent contamination.
2. Reconstitute the contents of the vial using the appropriate volume of sterile 50% ethanol as indicated in the table below.
3. Replace the rubber stopper and gently shake the contents or invert the contents to dissolve.
4. Add the vial contents to the cooled medium as per the label directions.
