Description
A selective culture media supplement for the presumptive identification of Legionella spp. BCYE Growth Supplement is intended for use in culture media for the microbiological analysis of food, animal feed, water and environmental samples, and can be used with NCM0037.
Preparation
- Using aseptic technique, remove the rubber bung and avoid subsequent contamination.
- Depending on your vial size reconstitute at room temperature using the appropriate volume of sterile RO/deionized water to the vial as indicated in the table below.
- Replace the rubber bung and shake the contents gently to achieve the final solution.
- Add the vial contents to the cooled medium as per the label directions.
