Polymyxin for B Cereus (1 vial per 500ml) PEMBA Pk 10

A selective supplement for the isolation of Bacillus cereus according to ISO 7932:2004. Polymyxin B is intended for use in culture media for the microbiological analysis of food, animal feed, water and environmental samples, and is for use with NCM0062 and NCM0165.

Preparation

1. Using aseptic technique, remove the crimp cap and rubber stopper. Aseptically retain the stopper.
2. Reconstitute the contents of the vial using the appropriate volume of sterile deionized/RO water as indicated in the table below.
3. Replace the rubber stopper and gently shake or invert the contents to dissolve.
4. Add the vial contents to the cooled medium as per the label directions.
