Novobiocin Supplement (20mg/L) pk 10 vials x 500ml

A selective culture media supplement designed to inhibit Gram-positive organisms. Novobiocin is intended for use in culture media for the microbiological analysis of food, animal feed, water and environmental samples, and is for use with NCM0026, NCM0067, NCM0126 and NCM0196.

Preparation

1. Using aseptic technique, remove the crimp cap and rubber stopper. Aseptically retain the stopper.
2. Reconstitute the contents of the vial using the appropriate volume of sterile deionized/RO water as indicated in the table below.
3. Replace the rubber stopper and gently shake or invert the contents to dissolve.
4. Add the vial contents to the cooled medium as per the label directions.
