The Genetic Detection System (GDS) for E. coli O157

Tq is an automated nucleic acid amplification system designed to detect the pathogenic E. coli O157

in foods, ingredients, and environmental samples.

Tq is an automated nucleic acid amplification system for detecting E. coli O157

in food and environmental samples. The proprietary PickPen® IMS-based sample preparation quickly and effectively isolates E. coli O157

separating the pathogen from inhibitory materials to ensure valid PCR reactions across all sample types, including challenging ones. Assurance® GDS PCR technology offers enhanced specificity with highly specific primers and probes for accurate detection.
