Description
Use with Nutrient Broth No.2, lysed horse blood and Modified Preston Campylobacter Selective Supplement to make Modified Preston Broth for the selective enrichment of Campylobacter spp.
Preparation
- Using aseptic technique, remove the crimp cap and rubber stopper. Aseptically retain the stopper.
- Reconstitute the contents of the vial using the appropriate volume of sterile 50% ethanol.
- Replace the rubber stopper and gently shake or invert the contents to dissolve.
- Add the vial contents to the cooled medium as per the label directions.
