Sodibox Sterile Sampling Wipes are designed for environmental and surface monitoring in food production, beverage manufacturing and hygiene control programmes. Pre-moistened with 10ml of Ringer solution (2g/L), these wipes are used to collect microorganisms from production equipment, work surfaces, drains, processing areas and other environmental sampling points prior to microbiological analysis.
Manufactured for compliance with food industry surface sampling procedures, the high-quality non-woven wipe material helps maximise microorganism recovery whilst remaining free from inhibitory substances that could affect test results. Each kit is gamma sterilised and supplied ready to use, helping reduce preparation time and ensuring consistent sampling performance. The supplied sampling bag is suitable for sample transport and subsequent laboratory processing.
- Sterility
Gamma-ray sterilisation by ionisation at 20 Kilograms minimum. Sterility of each batch of product verified by an external COFRAC-certified laboratory. - Wipe quality
High quality, non-woven fabric, guaranteed free of inhibiting substances. Once in the laboratory, it enables optimum release of germs in the pre-enrichment phase. - Thinners
The thinners are manufactured to ISO11133 standards. - Bag quality
The sampling bags are ideally suited for mill blending, with easy opening and resealing to ensure sample integrity throughout transport.
