PerkinElmer offers a range of headspace vials, caps, and septa for various gas chromatography (GC) applications. The patented vial and cap design includes built-in pressure-relief features, which ensure safe operation even with the high pressures that typically build up during thermostatting. Unlike ordinary vials and caps that lack these safety features and risk bursting, these vials are engineered for durability.
All of the headspace vials feature thicker walls and a rounded base, allowing them to withstand pressures up to 60 psig. For low-volume sampling, a 6 mL vial can be used with a vial adapter. Every PerkinElmer headspace vial is manufactured to precise specifications, guaranteeing a perfect fit and reliable performance.
