SGL Triple Sugar Iron (TSI) Agar Slopes are ready-to-use culture media supplied in 6ml tubes for the identification and differentiation of enteric bacteria. Commonly used in clinical, food, water and microbiology laboratories, TSI Agar helps determine an organism's ability to ferment glucose, lactose and sucrose, produce gas and generate hydrogen sulphide (H₂S).
