Description
Rapid tests for crustacea (e.g., crabs, lobsters, crayfish, shrimp and krill) from Neogen® can screen samples or provide fully quantitative results in the range of 2.5 to 25 ppm crustacea in clean-in-place rinses, environmental samples, or food products. Neogen's Reveal® 3-D lateral flow tests for crustacea allergens make it simple to screen for the presence of low levels of allergens in clean-in-place rinses and environmental swabs virtually anywhere.
