Description
Hygiena's ALP Positive Control Kit includes 5 vials of freeze-dried 350 mU/L Alkaline Phosphatase.
Kits are used as a reference to the regulatory ALP limit and for ongoing quality control testing Validates results of ZymoSnap ALP devices 350 mU/L is regulatory limit of alkaline phosphatase for pasteurized milk.
A Positive and Negative Control should be run initially to establish a Fail RLU level and then monthly for confirmation. Controls should also be run with each new manufacturing lot of ZymoSnap ALP test devices. Each type of milk requires its own Fail RLU level to be determined independently.
