Pre-supplemented Dichloran-Glycerol 18% (DG18) (ISO) Agar Base (Dehydrated) is a selective medium used for the enumeration of xerophilic moulds and yeasts in food and animal feed with low water activity. Formulated to meet ISO 21527-2 standards, it is ideal for routine microbiological analysis in food quality and safety testing.
This pre-supplemented agar base contains all required components, eliminating the need for additional selective agents. Supplied in a 500g powder format, it ensures reliable, consistent performance with convenient preparation for high-throughput laboratory use.
