Description
Modified Tryptone Soya Broth with Novobiocin is a selective enrichment medium designed for the isolation and recovery of Escherichia coli O157 from food samples. The formulation contains bile salts and novobiocin, which inhibit the growth of non-target Gram-positive organisms, allowing improved recovery of this important foodborne pathogen.
Use Modified Tryptone Soya Broth with Novobiocin for selective enrichment and isolation of E. coli O157:H7 from food samples.
