Description
Oxoid™ Raka-Ray Agar Base is a selective medium used for the isolation of lactic acid bacteria, particularly from beer and brewing processes. This medium is ideal for detecting spoilage organisms such as Lactobacillus and Pediococcus, which can negatively impact beer flavor and quality. It is widely recommended for use in brewing industry standards and helps isolate these microorganisms for quality control testing.
