Oxoid™ Modified Karmali Selective Supplement is used alongside Karmali Campylobacter Agar to help recover Campylobacter jejuni and Campylobacter coli from food and microbiological samples. It is commonly used by food testing laboratories and microbiologists investigating Campylobacter contamination in food production and quality control environments.

The supplement helps suppress unwanted background organisms whilst allowing target Campylobacter species to grow more effectively, making it easier to isolate and identify these important foodborne pathogens during routine testing.
