Oxoid™ Malt Extract Agar (500g) is a selective and differential medium used for the isolation and cultivation of yeasts and molds, especially those associated with food, water, and environmental samples. The medium contains malt extract, which provides essential nutrients to support the growth of fungi, making it ideal for fungal enumeration and analysis.
