Description
Oxoid™ Listeria Selective Oxford Supplement (1 x 500ml) is a selective supplement designed to enhance the isolation and differentiation of Listeria species, particularly Listeria monocytogenes, from food, clinical, and environmental samples. This supplement is used in combination with Oxford Listeria Agar to selectively inhibit the growth of non-target microorganisms while promoting the growth of Listeria. It provides the necessary nutrients and selective agents to facilitate the recovery of Listeria species from complex samples.
