Description
Lauryl Tryptose Broth (Dehydrated) is a selective culture medium designed for the presumptive detection of coliform bacteria in water, dairy, and food samples. Supplied in a 2.5kg bulk powder format, it is ideal for high-throughput microbiological laboratories and quality control environments.
This dehydrated formulation contains tryptose to support bacterial growth and sodium lauryl sulfate to selectively inhibit non-coliform organisms. Simply reconstitute with distilled water for reliable, consistent performance in multiple-tube fermentation tests or other standard microbiological methods.
