Oxoid™ Half Fraser Broth Base 10kg

Oxoid™ Half Fraser Broth Base (10kg) is a selective enrichment medium designed for the primary enrichment of Listeria monocytogenes and other Listeria species from food, environmental, and clinical samples. This larger quantity of broth base is ideal for high-throughput laboratories and large-scale microbiological testing. It supports the recovery and growth of Listeria species while inhibiting the growth of competing organisms, and is commonly used in the two-step enrichment process for Listeria detection as per ISO 11290.
