Description
Oxoid™ Fraser Supplement is a selective additive used in the second enrichment step for the detection of Listeria species from food and environmental samples. When added to Fraser Broth Base, it increases selectivity by inhibiting competing organisms while promoting the growth of Listeria, including stressed or low-level cells.
Supplied in a 10-pack of ready-to-use ampoules, this supplement ensures consistent formulation and is commonly used in ISO 11290-compliant testing workflows for food safety and quality control.
