Oxoid™ Buffered Peptone Water Broth (BPW) (ISO) (500g) is a non-selective pre-enrichment medium used for the recovery of stressed or sub-lethally injured Salmonella species from food and environmental samples. This medium provides a buffered environment that supports the recovery and growth of Salmonella before further selective enrichment steps. It is formulated according to ISO standards, ensuring compatibility with internationally recognised microbiological testing methods.
