Oxoid™ Buffered Peptone Water (Dehydrated) is a non-selective pre-enrichment medium designed for the recovery of sub-lethally injured Salmonella species from food and environmental samples. It provides a buffered environment that supports the repair and growth of stressed bacteria prior to selective enrichment.
