Description
Mueller-Hinton Agar is a defined medium used primarily in Antimicrobial Sensitivity Testing using the disc diffusion technique described by Bauer-Kirby. This medium contains low levels of thymidine and thymine and controlled levels of calcium and magnesium ions.
