M-Endo Agar is a selective culture medium designed for the detection and enumeration of coliform bacteria in water and other environmental samples. The medium supports the growth of Gram-negative organisms while inhibiting many Gram-positive bacteria, allowing coliform colonies to be easily distinguished by their characteristic appearance. Supplied in convenient 55 mm ready-to-use plates, it is ideal for routine microbiological testing, environmental monitoring, and quality control applications.
