Description
The Rapid Lactose/Galactose test kit is employed for swiftly testing lactose, D-galactose, and L-arabinose in food and plant items. Galactose dehydrogenase can be utilized for measuring and analyzing both D-galactose and L-arabinose. It is applicable for analyzing lactose in samples labeled as "low-lactose" or "lactose-free," which may contain elevated levels of monosaccharides. The kit's reagents are also compatible with AOAC method 2006.06 ? Lactose in milk.
