The FlexiPump Scale is a highly precise and robust liquid dispenser that seamlessly integrates a powerful Watson Marlow™ double peristaltic pump with an integrated weighing platform. Constructed from All stainless steel 304 LN, this system is designed to meet the strictest laboratory standards, offering superior speed and accuracy for a wide range of applications, and is fully compliant with ISO 7218, ISO 6887, and FDA BAM.

Key Features & Functionality

Integrated Precision: Combines the pump and weighing platform for enhanced dose accuracy. This precision is maintained by autocalibration with a customizable frequency (PATENTED).

Dispensing Modes: Offers four versatile operating modes: Continuous, Dose, Multi-dose, and Dose on Scale (utilizing the weighing platform for extreme accuracy).

High Performance: Features a low pulsation double pump head and is Jumbo pack compatible, achieving flow rates from 6 mL/min to 6 L/min and pump head rotating speeds from 10 to 550 rpm.

Traceability & Connectivity: Provides full traceability (logging operator name, weights, accuracy, etc.) and features multiple connection options: 2 x USB type A (for printer/USB stick) and USB type B (for PC). Data export is compatible with CSV, Excel™, Open Office Calc™, and LIMS.
