DG-18 Agar (Dichloran Glycerol 18 Agar) is a ready-to-use microbiological culture medium supplied in 90mm polypropylene petri dishes. It is specifically formulated for the isolation and enumeration of yeasts and moulds in samples with low water activity, making it particularly useful in food, environmental and quality control testing.
