Description
Casein Peptone Type I is an enzymatic hydrolysate of casein for use in preparing microbiological culture media in a laboratory setting and is not intended for use in the diagnosis of disease or other conditions in humans. Casein Peptone Type I is an enzymatic hydrolysate of casein, rich in peptones and amino acids (including tryptophane). This peptone can be utilized by most bacteria as a growth substrate.
