Bolton Campylobacter Broth with Amphotericin (1 vial per 500ml) Pk10

A culture media supplement for the isolation of Campylobacter spp using Bolton Broth, modified to contain amphotericin.

Preparation

1. Using aseptic technique, remove the crimp cap and rubber stopper. Aseptically retain the stopper.
2. Reconstitute the contents of the vial using the appropriate volume of sterile 50% ethanol.
3. Replace the rubber stopper and gently shake or invert the contents to dissolve.
4. Add the vial contents to the cooled medium as per the label directions.
