BACGene Listeria monocytogenes 96 Reactions Each

The Gold Standard Diagnostics BACGene Listeria monocytogenes kit is a real-time PCR assay designed for the rapid and reliable qualitative detection of Listeria monocytogenes in food products and environmental samples from food production facilities.

The assay uses real-time PCR technology to specifically detect Listeria monocytogenes DNA following enrichment and sample lysis. An internal positive control (IPC) is included within the MasterMix and is amplified in parallel to monitor correct PCR performance.

The kit provides the reagents required for the detection workflow and is designed for use in analytical laboratories, including applications in food safety testing, food product research and microbial monitoring of production processes.
