Autoclave Bags 200x385mm Self Seal Pouch Pk 1000

This product is designed to provide a sterile barrier pouch without the need for heat sealing equipment. This makes it particularly suited for use in small general practices, dental surgeries and other healthcare settings where users wish to avoid the costs of purchasing and validating heat sealing equipment.

The pouch consists of heavy weight medical grade paper with a film front and features a 15mm wide, self-adhesive strip which, by removing the backing paper, can be folded over the top of the pouch to create an integral and secure seal. The action of folding is facilitated by a row of perforations, which allow accurate and repeatable folding of the sealing strip across the pouch opening.

The pouch is suitable for sterilization by steam autoclave, up to 140°C, and by Ethylene Oxide (EtO). It is printed with process indicators for both sterilization processes.
