Description
Gluten (R5) ELISA, LOQ range 2.5-50mg/kg 96 wells ELISA + two Extraction kits (R6102).
The Gluten-Check ELISA kits is based on the R5 'Mendez' monoclonal antibody, which is specific for wheat (gliadins), rye (secalins) and barley (hordeins) . The kits are designed for the measurement of cereal gluten at low levels. The Gluten-Check 96 well kit (R6099) provides a fully quantitative assay of gluten content from 2.5 to 50mg/kg gluten, in an assay format that can be readily automated.
