Vial Aluminum Crimp Cap White PTFE/Silicone Septa Pk 1000

PerkinElmer offers a range of headspace vials, caps, and septa for various gas chromatography (GC) applications. This particular sealing system is designed for use at temperatures up to 210°C and is recommended for both sample storage and multiple injections.

The patented vial and cap design incorporates pressure-relief features, which ensure safe operation even with the high pressures that typically develop during thermostatting. Unlike ordinary vials and caps that lack these safety features and may burst, these vials are engineered for durability.

All of the headspace vials feature thicker walls and a rounded base, allowing them to withstand pressures up to 60 psig. Low-volume sampling can be achieved using a 6 mL vial and a vial adapter. Every PerkinElmer headspace vial is manufactured to precise tolerances, guaranteeing a perfect fit and reliable performance.
