A handheld meter designed specifically for measuring pH and temperature in food and dairy products like cheese, milk, condiments, sauces, and semi-solids (e.g., ice cream, jams).
How it works:
- You simply touch the probe into your food or dairy sample and the meter displays the pH and temperature on a large LCD screen.
- The food-grade PVDF-bodied probe has a cone-shaped tip that easily penetrates solid or semi-solid foods. It also features an open-junction design to prevent clogging from food particles.
- Accurate and fast readings (resolution to 0.01 pH) with ±0.02 pH precision.
- Durable and waterproof (IP67)—built to withstand spills, drops, and use in busy kitchen or production environments.
- Easy to use: automatic 1‑ or 2‑point calibration, battery-life indicator and automatic shut-off to preserve power.
- Long battery life—operates for up to 1200 hours on good quality AAA batteries, with alerts when low.
