Description

The FC202D is a special probe designed to measure pH and temperature in dairy products and semi-solid foods like milk, yoghurt, cheese, and meat. It works with the HI-99161N meter and is perfect for food industry applications because:

  • Easy to clean: Made from food-safe plastic (PVDF) that resists chemicals and prevents food sticking.
  • Sharp tip: Has a conical tip so it can easily pierce semi-solid foods for accurate readings.
  • Built-in thermometer: Measures temperature at the same time for better accuracy.
  • No clogging: Uses an open junction design so proteins and solids don’t block the sensor.
  • Works in cold conditions: Ideal material for low temperatures (ideal for refrigerated foods).

Ideal for Food applications:

  • Penetrates solids easily (thanks to conical tip).
  • Resists clogging (open junction design).
  • Handles cold samples (low-temperature glass).
  • Durable and hygienic (PVDF body resists chemicals and fungal growth).
