Description
Oxoid™ TTC Solution (0.125%) 2ml Vials (Pack of 10) is a ready-to-use solution of 2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride (TTC), a redox indicator commonly used in microbiological testing. TTC is used for the visual differentiation of bacteria based on their ability to reduce the compound to a red formazan product, which is an indicator of metabolic activity. This solution is typically used in microbiological assays for detecting and identifying bacterial growth in both food and clinical samples.
