Oxoid™ Todd Hewitt Broth (500g) is a rich, well-buffered medium specifically designed for the cultivation of Streptococcus species, particularly group A β-haemolytic streptococci, such as Streptococcus pyogenes. It is commonly used in microbiological research and clinical diagnostics, especially for the preparation of streptococci cultures for serological studies.
