Oxoid™ Pseudomonas CFC Supplement (1 vial per 500ml) is a selective supplement used for the isolation and enumeration of Pseudomonas species, particularly Pseudomonas aeruginosa, from food, clinical, and environmental samples. The supplement contains components that selectively promote the growth of Pseudomonas species while inhibiting the growth of competing microorganisms. It is specifically formulated for use with CFC (Cetrimide-Fucidin-Cephaloridine) Agar, a medium designed for the selective isolation of P. aeruginosa.
