Oxoid™ ONE Broth Listeria Base is a selective enrichment medium designed for the rapid detection of Listeria species in food samples within 24 hours. It contains a balanced mix of peptones, carbohydrates, and salts that help resuscitate and grow even very low numbers of Listeria bacteria.To make it fully selective, it must be used with the ONE Broth Listeria Supplement (SR0234E).
