Description
Oxoid™ Nutrient Agar is a general-purpose, dehydrated medium designed for the cultivation of a wide range of non-fibrous microorganisms. It is ideal for use in microbiological laboratories for the routine growth and maintenance of bacterial cultures that do not require complex nutritional media.
This medium is enriched with peptones and beef extract to promote the growth of a broad spectrum of bacteria and fungi, making it a versatile choice for general microbiological testing.
