Description
Oxoid™ MRS Agar (ISO) is a selective medium used for the isolation and enumeration of mesophilic lactic acid bacteria in food and dairy products. It complies with ISO 15214:1998 and is widely applied in microbiological quality control for fermented and probiotic products.
