Oxoid™ Modified Preston Campylobacter Supplement (1 x 500ml) is a selective supplement designed to enhance the isolation and enumeration of Campylobacter species, particularly Campylobacter jejuni, from food, clinical, and environmental samples. This supplement is used in combination with Modified Preston Agar to provide the necessary nutrients and selective agents that promote the growth of Campylobacter while inhibiting the growth of competing microorganisms, ensuring more accurate detection of these pathogens.
