Description
Oxoid™ Half Fraser Broth without Ferric Ammonium Citrate (Dehydrated) is a selective secondary enrichment medium designed for the isolation of Listeria species from food and environmental samples. This formulation is a modification of Fraser Broth, containing reduced concentrations of selective agents to aid in the recovery of stressed Listeria cells. The absence of ferric ammonium citrate enhances compatibility with downstream applications such as PCR-based assays and imaging systems.
Key Features:
- Form: Dehydrated powder
- Weight: 3kg
- Application: Secondary enrichment for the detection of Listeria spp. in food and environmental samples
