Description
Oxoid™ Half Fraser Broth Base (500g) is a selective medium used for the primary enrichment of Listeria monocytogenes and other Listeria species from food, environmental, and clinical samples. This medium is designed to support the growth of Listeria species while inhibiting the growth of competing organisms. It is commonly used as part of the two-step enrichment process for Listeria detection and is formulated in accordance with ISO 11290 standards.
