Oxoid™ Fraser Broth Base 500g

Oxoid™ Fraser Broth Base (500g) CM0895B is a selective enrichment medium used for the isolation and enrichment of Listeria monocytogenes and other Listeria species from food, water, and environmental samples. It provides a nutrient-rich environment that supports the growth of Listeria while inhibiting the growth of other microorganisms. This medium is commonly used in the first stage of a two-step procedure for the isolation of Listeria species.
