Oxoid™ Fraser Broth Base 2.5 Kg Each
This dehydrated culture medium is used to help detect and grow Listeria bacteria from food and environmental samples. It's commonly used in food safety testing and follows international standards (ISO 11290-1). When mixed with water and sterilized, it turns black if Listeria is present—making it easy to spot.
Yield:
One 2.5 Kg container makes approximately 43.5 litres of ready-to-use broth (based on 57.3 g per litre).
