Oxoid™ EE Mossel Broth (500g) is a selective enrichment medium designed for the isolation of Enterobacteriaceae from food and environmental samples. This medium promotes the recovery and growth of Enterobacteriaceae while inhibiting competing organisms, making it suitable for use in food microbiology testing workflows. It is formulated to align with international standards for the detection of indicator and pathogenic bacteria within this family.
