Oxoid™ Cronobacter Screening Broth (CSB) (500g) is a selective enrichment medium specifically designed for the detection of Cronobacter species (formerly Enterobacter sakazakii) in powdered infant formula, ingredients, and production environment samples. The formulation supports the growth of Cronobacter while inhibiting competing organisms, providing an effective screening step in compliance with internationally accepted testing methods.
