Oxoid™ Brilliance™ Listeria Agar (ISO) Selective Supp Pk 10

Enable the superior performance of Thermo Scientific™ Oxoid™ Brilliance™ Listeria Agar (ISO) Base with the addition of the Brilliance™ Listeria Agar (ISO) Selective Supplement.

This essential supplement, when combined with the Differential Supplement, is central to the method. The Selective Supplement ensures the inhibition of competing microflora, while the Differential Supplement facilitates the creation of a distinct opaque white halo around the colonies, effectively differentiating Listeria monocytogenes from other Listeria species.

This product is designed for use as part of the Thermo Scientific™ Oxoid™ Listeria Precis™ Methods or the ISO 11290-1:2017 and ISO 11290-2:2017 reference methods for the detection and enumeration of Listeria species and L. monocytogenes.
